Sales Development Representative – VDR

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive adoption of Ideals’ Virtual Data Room (VDR) across North America. Based in Bogotá, you will work remotely with a global team, representing a market‑leading SaaS product trusted by over 300,000 companies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through outreach and cold calls targeting M&A advisors, CFOs, legal teams and other dealmakers in North America.
• Research and qualify target personas, then book product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain consistent engagement with prospects via HubSpot, building long‑term rapport.
• Provide insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
• Log all activities and prospect data accurately in the CRM.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of B2B outbound sales experience with exposure to the North American market.
• Strong English communication skills (C1+ level), both written and verbal.
• Proven objection‑handling, rapport‑building and gatekeeper navigation abilities.
• High tenacity, adaptability and a strong desire to grow quickly.
• Fast learner comfortable with sales technology and CRM tools.
