Sales Engineer

About the role

The Sales Engineer will drive market share and revenue growth for assigned accounts by promoting SLB’s products and services. This role combines technical knowledge with sales expertise to match customer needs with appropriate solutions while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Grow revenue and market share across assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their business activities and plans.
• Promote SLB products and services, matching solutions to customer requirements.
• Capture competitor activity and market trends in the GAC system.
• Identify, qualify and manage sales leads and opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline and customer data in C4C, including profiling, organizational charts and visit reports.
• Plan and execute regular client calls and visits to ensure coverage.
• Collaborate with management to set sales goals and develop sales plans for existing and new offerings.
• Monitor pricing structures, recommend adjustments, and support receivables management.
• Stay up‑to‑date on competitive products, attend training, and contribute to multi‑BL initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree (higher education).
• 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer) sales system.
