Sales Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Logistics Coordinator supports key sales channels by managing order logistics, processing, and B2B platform administration. Working closely with sales, operations, and accounting, the role ensures accurate and timely fulfillment for group sales, wholesale drop‑ship, and retailer workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage group sales order logistics, including placement, inventory review, and on‑time fulfillment.
• Monitor Slack and email to distribute order information and provide status updates across departments.
• Identify and resolve fulfillment issues, keeping customers informed of progress and tracking.
• Assist with new group sales account setup and communication.
• Process and fulfill sample requests for group sales accounts and sales reps.
• Maintain B2B platform data, build and publish seasonal catalogs.
• Coordinate drop‑ship order fulfillment with wholesale retail partners and resolve delivery issues.
• Support reps and buyers with order questions, changes, and proactive communication.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty requests in collaboration with accounting.
• Provide operational support to the Senior Operations Coordinator as needed.

Required profile

• Experience working in wholesale business channels.
• Familiarity with B2B and ERP platforms.
• Background in shipping and logistics.
• Well‑organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work independently.
