About the role
We are looking for a remote Sales Manager to drive growth for a leading ground‑transportation marketplace. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships across travel, hospitality and technology providers, and managing the full commercial cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach and nurture high‑potential partners such as OTAs, TMCs, airlines, hotel groups and tech platforms.
- Present the company’s value proposition, conduct impactful demos and align solutions with partner needs.
- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, respond quickly to inquiries and remove obstacles to keep deals moving.
- Represent the company at global industry events to expand networks and secure new collaborations.
- Develop and execute partner‑focused marketing initiatives to boost adoption and revenue.
- Track performance with data dashboards, produce regular reports and adjust strategies based on insights.
Required profile
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, tourism or related services.
- Proven record of closing commercial agreements with travel‑industry partners.
- Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, German) are a plus.
- Self‑starter able to work independently on a full‑time contractor basis.
- Willingness to travel internationally for key events and meetings.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with CRM tools.
