About the role

As a Sales Operations Associate focused on analytics, you will be the analytical engine behind Picnic’s commercial growth. You will transform raw data into actionable insights, models, and forecasts that shape how the company sells, where it sells, and what it sells next.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain forecasting models for office‑customer and restaurant‑partner motions, identifying pipeline risk and revenue inflection points.
  • Own source‑of‑truth dashboards and daily reporting for sales leadership, covering coverage, velocity, win rates, segment health, rep productivity and ramp.
  • Run account enrichment, scraping and ICP‑fit scoring workflows to surface high‑quality target accounts.
  • Partner with leadership on territory design, quota modeling, capacity planning, and pricing/packaging analysis.
  • Champion data quality in Salesforce and collaborate with the Systems Associate to build clean pipelines into BigQuery or Snowflake.
  • Translate analysis into recommendations and drive adoption with stakeholders.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics or a similar data‑heavy commercial role.
  • Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of sales funnels, GTM motions and commercial performance levers.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior global stakeholders.

Required skills

  • SQL (complex joins, aggregations, window functions, data debugging).
  • Hands‑on Salesforce reporting, analytics and data troubleshooting.
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
  • Python for data manipulation, automation or modeling (preferred).
  • Statistical modeling techniques (regression, propensity scoring, cohort analysis, advanced forecasting).
  • Familiarity with LeanData, Yesware or similar Salesforce‑adjacent GTM tools.
