Sales & Operations Coordinator – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer‑focused Sales & Operations Coordinator to support a US‑based logistics and parking operations company. This fully remote position blends customer communication, operational coordination, sales support, and administrative duties to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications, including email and phone inquiries.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
• Follow up on invoices and payment collections.
• Support daily operational coordination and inventory tracking.
• Assist with sales outreach, lead follow‑up, and updating customer records.
• Coordinate information across teams and locations.
• Support social media and marketplace outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, operations coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable making outbound/cold calls.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Professional, customer‑focused attitude; remote work experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
