Sales Representative – Car Leasing Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our Bogotá team. The role supports our Global Business Services unit, providing sales coverage for branches in the United States and across Latin America. You will generate new business, nurture client relationships and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Convert pre‑filtered leads by making outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Explain the benefits and features of our car‑leasing products.
• Schedule appointments for clients to visit the nearest branch and complete onboarding.
• Provide prompt client support throughout the leasing process.
• Document all interactions and sales progress in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales team members and branch staff to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Report performance metrics to the commercial team and the GBS structure.

Required profile

• Previous telephone sales or customer‑service experience, preferably in car leasing or mobility.
• Exceptional fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate US and Latin America time zones.
• High school diploma (a degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus).
• Based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Required skills
