Sales Representative - Colombia

About the role

We are looking for a NetSuite Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing team and drive business growth across LATAM, with a focus on Colombia. You will act as a strategic partner for clients, delivering tailored ERP solutions and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Conduct detailed client needs assessments and develop comprehensive account plans.
• Act as a strategic partner, addressing complex challenges with customized NetSuite solutions.
• Prepare and present KPI reports and status updates to guide sales strategy.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Maintain deep knowledge of NetSuite and the broader ERP landscape.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as marketing and product to align efforts with company goals.

Required profile

• Advanced or completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Software Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• 2‑3 years of B2B experience in the IT industry.
• Experience with enterprise‑level customer management platforms, including configuration and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Drive.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and leadership capabilities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
