Salesforce Architect

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Salesforce Architect to define technical strategy and deliver scalable, innovative Salesforce solutions. You will work with multinational, multidisciplinary teams on cutting‑edge projects that align technology with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the technical vision for Salesforce projects, leading integration and data‑quality initiatives.
• Guide developers and technical staff in building reliable, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with client managers and development teams to gather requirements and align IT plans with business priorities.
• Introduce new frameworks, technologies, and best practices to improve solution architecture.
• Track technology trends, identify risks, and partner with stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Supervise daily technical operations, translate design concepts into actionable processes, and oversee rollout of new features and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• At least 8 years of technology experience, including 3+ years in leadership or architect roles.
• Proven experience leading teams of 20+ professionals and delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher) and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Comprehensive expertise in the Salesforce platform.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Vlocity, Salesforce DEP, Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud on Lightning Experience.
• Proficiency with primary Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud.
