SAP Business Solution Architect

About the role

EPAM is seeking an experienced SAP Business Solution Architect to lead technology‑driven solution architecture across pre‑sale and delivery phases. You will shape SAP roadmaps, guide governance, and partner with clients from discovery to blueprint, delivering innovative and high‑quality SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Run SAP pre‑sale and implementation governance to ensure quality delivery outcomes.
• Drive solution discovery with clients and support the sales team during assessments.
• Define functional requirements, lead fit‑gap analysis, and create blueprints.
• Develop target architecture and client roadmaps aligned with SAP solutions.
• Integrate business, data, application, and technical architecture domains.
• Identify solution opportunities by assessing client landscapes and pain points.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and unblock progress.
• Estimate effort for process design, organizational improvements, and SAP configuration.
• Introduce innovation topics that address specific client needs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of solution architecture experience in SAP contexts.
• Strong leadership and governance skills across pre‑sale and implementation lifecycles.
• Deep SAP functional expertise, including fit‑gap analysis and blueprinting.
• Proven troubleshooting abilities in complex SAP landscapes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship building.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
