SAP Coordinator (ABAP) – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

We are looking for a SAP Coordinator specialized in ABAP to join our remote team in Colombia. You will support SAP modules across regional and global scopes, contributing to the delivery of high-quality integrations and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support SAP ABAP, SAP PI, SAP PO and SAP CPI modules, delivering optimal technical solutions.
• Perform and document unit tests for developed objects.
• Create technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior developers.
• Coordinate the Colombian (COL) team and act as backup for the ABAP Support Leader.
• Conduct debugging and performance tuning activities.
• Learn and work with complementary tools such as Workflow, UI5, Integration Suite and BTP.
• Participate in migration, conversion and testing projects for existing integrations.

Required profile

• At least four years of experience participating in SAP projects as a consultant lead.
• Strong organization, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• SAP ABAP certification.
• Optional training in SAP CPI, PI/PO, BTP/Fiori.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficient English for collaboration with English-speaking teams.
