Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Search Engine Optimization Specialist to develop and execute organic growth strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role blends strategic thinking with direct implementation, allowing you to shape content plans, optimise on‑page elements, resolve technical SEO issues, and drive measurable traffic gains.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SEO‑driven content strategies, including keyword research, content calendars, and topical authority expansion.
• Perform on‑page optimisation across client sites—titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, schema markup, and overall page structure.
• Monitor technical health using Google Search Console and SEO auditing tools; collaborate with developers to fix crawl, indexing, site‑speed, and structured‑data issues.
• Maintain and improve keyword tracking systems, organise keyword groups for reporting, and align tags with client goals.
• Analyse SEO performance, identify growth opportunities, and benchmark results across industries and campaigns.
• Work closely with in‑house SEO writers, designers, developers, account managers, and social media specialists to ensure cohesive growth initiatives.
