SEM Account Manager – Remote (Mexico & Colombia)

About the role

We are an AI‑powered performance marketing company seeking a motivated SEM Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients. You will drive paid‑search growth by applying cutting‑edge SEM strategies and our proprietary ad‑creative technology at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding business goals and providing strategic SEM guidance.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and ongoing optimization.
• Leverage ad‑creative technology platforms to design engaging ad creatives that drive conversions.
• Monitor performance, generate regular reports, and deliver actionable insights to clients.
• Analyze large datasets in Google Sheets/Excel to identify trends and make data‑driven optimization decisions.
• Collaborate with internal creative, development, and other teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing SEM campaigns with proven results.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships with excellent communication.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting complex data and proposing solutions.
• Native‑level English proficiency and availability to work 9:00‑5:00 pm U.S. Eastern or Pacific Time.
