Semi-senior DevOps Engineer – Ecommerce (Remote)

About the role

Truelogic is seeking a semi‑senior DevOps Engineer to support a leading SaaS ecommerce client. You will design, build and operate secure, highly available AWS infrastructure while improving automation and reliability for a modern cloud platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable, secure, highly available AWS infrastructure.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Monitor production environments using Prometheus, Grafana and Datadog.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and improve operational processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, security and SRE teams to deliver reliable cloud solutions.
• Support serverless applications and cloud‑native architectures.
• Contribute to cost‑optimization, scalability and performance initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering or a related role.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, Route 53, VPC).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or CloudFormation).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Programming or scripting skills in Python, Bash or Ruby.
• Advanced English communication skills.
