Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing international team. The role focuses on managing accounts receivable, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP while supporting cross‑functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client billing, collections, and aging reports; monitor overdue accounts and implement collection strategies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.
• Support consolidation processes and reporting for stakeholders.
• Ensure all accounting practices align with U.S. GAAP; assist in audits and maintain internal controls.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to align reporting with business needs and provide financial insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, emphasizing accounts receivable and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
