Senior AI Engineer (Python)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, remote Senior AI Engineer with at least five years of software development experience and a strong background in building AI‑native solutions. You will lead technical initiatives, advise startups on AI product development, and collaborate with subject‑matter experts to deliver production‑ready AI services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical expertise for AI‑powered engineering projects.
• Advise startups on product development using agentic AI, large language models, and modern AI infrastructure.
• Develop software together with startup experts and engineering teams.
• Stay current with AI trends and recommend emerging opportunities to colleagues and clients.
• Communicate effectively with executives, boards, technical teams, and industry stakeholders.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication and teamwork skills.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including AI engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Deep experience in AI product development using agents, LLMs, and modern AI infrastructure.
• Proven ability to deploy AI services in production.
• Self‑motivated, able to own problems from start to finish in a fast‑moving environment.
• University degree in a technical field (preferred).
