Senior Analyst, Learning & Development Infrastructure

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Analyst to own the day‑to‑day operation of its Learning & Development technology stack. You will keep the L&D platforms running smoothly, create practical guidance for users, and act as the first line of support when issues arise.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with vendors and internal teams to maintain audience configuration, permissions, and system settings across Mastercard’s L&D ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain lightweight enablement assets such as step‑by‑step guides, FAQs, decision trees, and short how‑to videos.
• Deliver onboarding and refresher sessions for new tools and capabilities, keeping the enablement library up to date.
• Serve as first‑line escalation for platform configuration and data issues, diagnosing root causes and escalating when necessary.
• Run a clear intake and triage process for requests, identify recurring issues and propose permanent fixes.
• Enable the broader L&D team and stakeholders to interpret reporting independently through training and documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in L&D operations or people technology with hands‑on platform administration.
• Experience managing an enterprise‑grade LMS such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Docebo, or similar.
• Proven ability to create user‑focused enablement materials and train non‑technical audiences.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to translate technical constraints into plain language.
• Background in a large, matrixed organization with shared technology ownership.
