Senior Analyst, Treasury Data & Analytics

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Treasury Data & Analytics will lead data analysis and reporting initiatives across regions, functions, and business lines. Working within a global, collaborative team, you will shape analytics‑driven Treasury processes, influence data usage, and deliver scalable, self‑service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze settlement and treasury data to identify trends, support financial operations, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Design and implement Power BI reports and dashboards for daily operations and decision‑making.
• Develop automation solutions to streamline repetitive business‑as‑usual tasks and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance data pipelines and ETL processes for reliable data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Assist in designing and maintaining semantic data models to ensure consistent, reusable data structures.
• Contribute to data solutions that support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver recurring BAU analytics and monitor key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Mastercard’s business model, Treasury processes, systems, and tools.
• Experience working with multiple data sources relevant to Treasury activities.
• Ability to collaborate in a global team environment and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Focus on operational excellence, risk management, and strategic decision‑making.
