Senior Analyst, Workday Reporting & P&C Core HR Services Analytics

About the role

Mastercard’s People & Capability (P&C) organization is modernising its workforce data platform. As a Senior Analyst you will design, build and maintain Workday reporting and analytics solutions that enable product teams and HR stakeholders to measure performance, make data‑driven decisions and improve employee experiences across the hire‑to‑retire journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards and analytics for core HCM, compensation, learning, payroll, time tracking and absence.
• Build and optimise Advanced, Matrix and Composite reports using calculated fields and complex business‑object relationships.
• Create, troubleshoot and optimise calculated fields that support critical reporting logic and data requirements.
• Strengthen reporting governance, data quality and self‑service capabilities for global HR stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product owners, functional leads and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.

• Experience delivering reliable, secure and scalable reporting solutions in a large, global HR environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
