Senior Architect – Multifamily, Commercial & Mixed‑Use

About the role

WeCollabify is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design and technical development of multifamily, commercial and mixed‑use projects across the United States. The role combines strong architectural coordination with advanced digital design capabilities, supporting a global team delivering high‑impact developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural coordination and technical development for U.S. projects.
• Produce and oversee high‑quality BIM models and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes, standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary design and production teams.
• Review deliverables to maintain technical excellence and project consistency.
• Support design workflows and computational design strategies.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of architectural experience, with a strong background in multifamily, commercial and mixed‑use projects.
• Proven experience on U.S.‑based projects.
• Excellent coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Archicad.
• Proficiency in Rhinoceros (Rhino).
• Experience with Grasshopper for Archicad.
• Strong understanding of U.S. building codes and standards.
• Expertise in BIM modeling and construction documentation.
