Senior B2B Content Strategist

About the role

Room4 Media is seeking a Colombia‑based Senior B2B Content Strategist to work remotely on a project basis. You will join senior leadership, participate in strategic meetings, and own the end‑to‑end strategy process from digital audits to distribution plans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive digital audits of client websites, content, search/AI visibility, social channels and competitors.
• Translate audit findings into prioritized roadmaps with phases, timelines and budgets.
• Research buyer personas, roles, pain points and content consumption habits.
• Develop core story, messaging and creative briefs for production teams.
• Plan multi‑channel distribution (paid ads, PR, owned channels, SEO/AEO/GEO) with budget allocation and performance targets.
• Write strategy sections for proposals and public tenders and present results to senior executives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B content or digital strategy, either agency or in‑house.
• Proven ability to turn complex technical subjects into clear, compelling buyer stories.
• Experience delivering digital audits and approved roadmaps that drive pipeline.
• Deep understanding of B2B buyer behavior, decision‑making processes and content needs across roles.
• Fluent in professional English and Spanish, with strong writing skills for strategy documents and briefs.
