Senior B2B Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a relentless, self‑generating “Hunter” to lead the full‑cycle B2B sales engine for a global creative production and pitch consultancy. This remote, senior‑level position offers high autonomy, the ability to name your own price, and ownership of outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for Tier 2 services ($2,000–$3,500 tickets), from sourcing and qualification to closing.
• Identify and engage high‑value prospects through industry‑specific channels such as Shots Net and other premium creative networks.
• Generate a minimum of 20 clean, qualified leads in Month 1, scaling to a consistent cadence of one Tier 2 close per day.
• Support high‑value Tier 3 deals by opening doors and collaborating with the Director of Growth to close.
• Manage all CRM discipline, sequencing, and follow‑ups with total precision.
• Seamlessly hand off closed deals to the Operations team once the project is ready for delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B outbound sales experience targeting international clients.
• Proven track record of high‑volume outbound success with verifiable closes.
• Hunter mindset: accountable for declared actions without needing a detailed SOP.
• Radical transparency: comfortable naming prices and anchors in the first interaction.
• Schedule flexibility to work split‑shifts covering US, UK, and EU windows (40 hours/week).

Required skills

• Expert‑level command of CRM management.
• Proficiency with outbound sequencing tools.
• Strong written English for concise, high‑impact cold outreach.
