Senior BI Developer – Data Analytics & Reporting

About the role

Adoreal is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to empower data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, build, and optimize reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure in a fast‑growing vertical SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI dashboards and reports.
• Design and develop scalable data models, ERDs, and data flow diagrams.
• Build and maintain data marts that enable advanced analytics.
• Develop and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Apply predictive modeling and statistical analysis to identify trends and forecast outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance analytics workflows.
• Conduct ad‑hoc data analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity across systems.
• Troubleshoot complex data issues and provide technical solutions.
• Support data governance initiatives, including metadata and master data management.
• Participate in the full data project lifecycle from intake to delivery.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in BI development, database development, or data analytics.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in distributed or remote teams is preferred.

Required skills

• SQL (including window functions and CTEs)
• Data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• ETL processes and tools
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms
• Predictive modeling and statistical analysis
• AI tools (e.g., Claude) for analytics acceleration
• Metadata management and master data management (MDM)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
