Senior Business Development Associate

About the role

CSG is looking for a Senior Business Development Associate to manage renewal operations, drive business growth, and lead process automation initiatives. The role works across Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth renewal documentation and revenue operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage renewal documentation preparation, processing, tracking, and coordination across multiple departments.
• Generate leads, conduct market research, and create sales materials to support revenue generation.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable, AI‑driven automation solutions.
• Analyze billing, invoicing, and revenue data to resolve issues and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing or implementing AI‑driven business solutions and workflow automation.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of customer success and revenue operations best practices.
