About the role
Group-IB is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join its LATAM sales team and drive growth in Colombia. You will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and leading a high‑performing sales team in the cybersecurity sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a sales team, providing training and performance feedback.
- Identify and prospect new clients, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure profitable outcomes.
- Analyze sales data, track trends, and report performance to senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to align strategies.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records.
Required profile
- 10+ years of sales experience, primarily in cybersecurity, with a proven track record in Colombia.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
Required skills
- Cybersecurity market knowledge.
