Senior Campaign Marketing Manager

About the role

TenantEvaluation is building the future of tenant screening for property managers, HOAs, and condo associations across the US. We are seeking a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to design and execute end‑to‑end B2B campaigns that drive leads, pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid ads, landing pages, webinars and onsite activations.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Customer Success to develop go‑to‑market strategies.
• Define campaign budgets, track ROI and report on leads, cost‑per‑lead, pipeline influence and revenue impact.
• Lead creative direction for designers, copywriters and freelancers.
• Continuously test, learn and iterate to improve performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, PropTech, fintech, real‑estate or professional services.
• Proven track record of owning full campaigns from concept to results.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with the US market is a plus.

Required skills

• AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity.
• Digital marketing platforms: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing tools, landing page builders, paid‑ads platforms.
• Marketing automation and analytics: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, Google Analytics.
• Design and collaboration tools: Figma, Notion, Midjourney, Canva AI.

What we offer

• Contractor agreement with compensation in USD, paid monthly.
