Senior Client Partner – Advertising Sales

About the role

The Senior Client Partner will drive growth of Disney’s advertising revenue across Disney+, ESPN, linear channels and digital platforms. You will own the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to post‑campaign analysis, building strategic relationships with agencies and advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new advertising opportunities for Disney’s streaming, premium video, linear and digital inventory.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles: proposal creation, negotiation, deal closing and campaign execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers, agencies and direct clients in the local market.
• Deliver quantitative and qualitative performance analysis and optimize campaigns against KPIs.
• Coordinate with legal, traffic/broadcasting and ad‑operations teams to ensure compliance and flawless execution.
• Partner with internal Aleph teams to onboard priority accounts and elevate them to preferred partner status.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, media sales or online advertising.
• Proven track record selling premium video, BVOD or streaming inventory and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, streaming/CTV platforms, social media and mobile advertising.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
