Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator – Global Pharma Projects

About the role

Join a leading global team supporting top pharmaceutical companies and biotech firms. As a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator you will provide administrative and technical support to project teams, act as a cross‑functional liaison, and help drive process improvements across multiple clinical studies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee assigned trial activities according to the task matrix, ensuring timely and budget‑compliant delivery.
• Maintain and update study documentation, including eTMF, investigator files, and regulatory documents.
• Provide system support for GoBalto and eTMF platforms, manage system access, and track project‑level activity plans.
• Facilitate communication of risks, schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and support mass mailings.
• Assist with vendor tracking, ISF and pharmacy binder preparation, and translation material QC.
• Support risk‑based monitoring (RBM) activities and contribute to departmental process enhancements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relevant experience in clinical trial coordination, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across global sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GoBalto platform.
• Experience using electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) systems.
• Familiarity with risk‑based monitoring (RBM) processes.
