Senior Collection Specialist – B2C

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Collections Specialist to join our Bill to Cash (B2C) team. You will manage customer collections, focusing on aged invoices and established collection strategies while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer collections and resolve discrepancies on open balances.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, perform account reconciliations and issue periodic statements.
• Support AR reporting, improve collection processes and lead training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SGS policies and achieve SLAs and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in collections or related finance roles.
• Strong customer service, communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under high‑pressure situations.
• Positive, growth‑oriented mindset and adaptability to change.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite or similar ERP systems.

What we offer

• Base salary of $4,800,250.
• Well‑being allowance of $500,000.
• Language bonus of $800,000 per month.
• Commission structure: fixed $900,000 per month for the first 3 months, then performance‑based.
