Senior Controlling Analyst – LATAM

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a seasoned Senior Controlling Analyst for the LATAM region. The role is an independent contributor position that tracks financial performance, improves communication of financial results, and provides forecasting and analysis to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own specific P&L lines and manage the full intercompany process for the Northern Cluster.
• Prepare and present financial summary documentation for senior leadership meetings.
• Analyze financial data, link insights to business strategy, and forecast budgetary outcomes using market and historical trends.
• Ensure accuracy of journal entries and month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Coach junior colleagues on financial techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, analytical professional with solid accounting experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
