Senior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Designer to craft visually compelling products that reflect our clients' brands and engage audiences. You will work alongside visual, motion, 3D, editorial, copywriting, and brand teams to deliver emotionally resonant work across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop concepts both independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Translate client briefs into creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Produce visual assets for digital, print, social, spatial and experiential platforms.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers, strategists, producers and developers to ensure cohesive output.
• Maintain design consistency across all touchpoints and ensure deliverables are production‑ready.
• Present work to clients and articulate design rationale confidently.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, tools and techniques.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of proven experience as a Visual Designer, Brand Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing logos, animations, campaigns and graphics.
• Passion for design, critical thinking and exceptional attention to visual detail.
• Self‑starter able to manage deadlines while contributing to team projects.
