Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – B2B

About the role

The Liberty Caribbean Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for the B2B segment will shape financial strategy, drive performance, and partner with senior leadership to support growth and cost‑efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement long‑term financial strategies for the B2B segment, covering both P&L and liquidity.
• Lead end‑to‑end financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning.
• Provide data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional B2B teams (operations, marketing, sales) to align financial goals.
• Drive special projects, ad‑hoc analyses and change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in FP&A leadership, preferably within B2B telecommunications.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and shaping corporate objectives.
• Excellent communication and team‑development skills.
