Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – B2B

About the role

The Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for the B2B segment will report to the CFO and shape the financial strategy of Liberty Caribbean’s B2B business. This senior leader will oversee end‑to‑end P&L and liquidity analysis, budgeting, forecasting and long‑term strategic planning while partnering with cross‑functional leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement long‑term financial strategies for the B2B segment, aligning with corporate objectives and market trends.
• Lead comprehensive P&L and liquidity analysis, budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning.
• Provide data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, sales and other functions to align financial goals.
• Drive special projects, ad‑hoc analyses and change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in FP&A within a B2B environment, preferably telecom.
• Proven strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team‑development track record.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex business scenarios.

• Advanced financial modeling and analysis.
