Senior Finance Analyst SFA CFM Corporate

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Country Finance Manager (CFM) service delivery model for Corporate GOC and Healthcare Systems. Based in Bogotá, the analyst will provide controllership services, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive process improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate month‑end closing, own trial balance, balance sheet and capital flux commentary, and ensure SOX compliance.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to senior business leaders, support forecasting cycles, and act as a strategic finance advisor to BU, FP&A and other stakeholders.
• Drive standardisation, process optimisation and digital tool adoption, and support technological transformation initiatives such as SigniFi.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; advanced degree or CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of finance or related business experience, fluent in English, and able to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
