Senior Financial Accountant

About the Position

Join Hy Cite Enterprises, a leading multinational in direct selling and marketing with over 60 years of excellence across 7 countries. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to drive process improvements and play a pivotal role in our international financial operations in Bogotá.

Main Missions

• Develop, implement, and continuously train staff on process improvement measures, including international accounting teams.
• Coordinate and execute large-scale harmonization projects to streamline global financial operations.
• Lead and ensure the successful execution of the annual external audit of financial statements.
• Manage and ensure accurate reporting to regulatory authorities (DANE, DIAN, Banco de la República, SuperSociedades, etc.).
• Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial statements in compliance with international standards.

Profile Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within a multinational environment.
• Proven expertise in preparing financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor international teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B1 level) and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills

• IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) & Audit expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Mastery of global ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or EPICOR).
• Financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Process optimization and project management.
