About the role
Johnson & Johnson Global Services is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C) activities for DePuy Synthes within Project Osprey. Based in Bogotá, the role will focus on finance compliance testing, control execution and audit support across the assigned regions.
Key responsibilities
- Execute finance compliance testing and control activities for DePuy Synthes MRCs.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely provision of required documentation.
- Partner with MedTech L2 compliance, GAA, process owners and auditors to maintain a strong internal control environment.
- Monitor and report on compliance risks and remediation actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of finance compliance processes.
Required profile
- Senior-level experience in financial analysis, risk management or compliance.
- Strong understanding of internal controls and audit processes.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred for local coordination.
