Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Blossom is seeking a senior Financial Planning & Analysis professional to own and evolve its budgeting, forecasting, and pricing processes. You will be the first dedicated FP&A hire outside the core accounting team, working closely with Sales, Product, and Finance to shape financial strategy for its SaaS and hardware solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the company’s multi‑line financial model and revenue build.
• Build and maintain the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and monthly variance analysis, surfacing drivers and recommended actions.
• Partner with department heads on OPEX and headcount planning and conduct budget‑vs‑actual reviews.
• Produce recurring management, board, and investor reports with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, ACV, gross margin, NRR).
• Run the product‑pricing process: coordinate the pricing committee, develop recommendations, and communicate approved decisions.
• Develop and maintain pricing models for SaaS subscriptions, perpetual licenses, hardware, and professional services bundles.
• Analyze pricing elasticity, win/loss trends, and competitive benchmarks while ensuring ASC 606 compliance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and pricing for a SaaS or technology company.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment with imperfect data.
• Strong partnership skills with Sales, Product, and Accounting teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear executive recommendations.
