Senior Full‑Stack Engineer – Growth Product

About the role

As a Senior Product Engineer on the Growth team, you will build high‑impact features that drive user acquisition, activation and monetisation across web and mobile. You will work closely with product, design and data teams to turn growth opportunities into reliable, data‑driven engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, designers and analysts to identify growth opportunities and deliver high‑quality features.
• Implement reusable services and components powering marketing campaigns, onboarding, KYC and first‑funding experiences.
• Design and maintain distributed systems that handle large volumes of global traffic with high performance and reliability.
• Participate in architecture discussions, balancing scalability, maintainability and user impact.
• Measure, experiment and iterate using data and experimentation frameworks to optimise user behaviour.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building production systems at scale.
• Product mindset – focus on how engineering work moves key business metrics.
• Ability to work autonomously in a globally distributed, remote‑first environment.

Required skills

• Full‑stack development with TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python or Ruby.
• Front‑end frameworks: React or React Native.
• Infrastructure and tooling: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, GitLab CI/CD.
• Understanding of distributed systems, performance optimisation, debugging and secure software design.
• Experience with A/B testing, analytics instrumentation or experimentation platforms (nice to have).
