Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer you will build an in‑house platform for battery engineers to ingest, explore and act on test data. You will own features end‑to‑end, from stakeholder conversations through data models, APIs and user interfaces, with substantial autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Python backend services, REST APIs, data access layers and background jobs for data ingestion and long‑running computations.
• Develop robust parsers that transform vendor files, CSVs and binary exports into validated records, handling inconsistent headers, unit changes and malformed inputs.
• Build React and TypeScript interfaces with interactive charts for large time‑series datasets, supporting zoom, overlays and cross‑test comparisons.
• Integrate an AI assistant using LLM APIs, tool calling and retrieval over platform data, with citations and quality evaluation.
• Implement production observability, Docker deployment and GitLab CI pipelines, and maintain rigorous testing and documentation.

Required profile

• 6+ years of production software development experience across backend and frontend.
• Proven ability to lead requirements conversations with non‑engineers and deliver scoped, shipped features with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
