Senior Graphic Designer – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our marketing agency. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality digital design work that meets client expectations and brand standards. You will lead the design process from concept to execution while collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full design lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time and align with client goals.
• Develop design strategies and creative solutions that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Create digital marketing assets such as social media graphics, website elements, online banners, email newsletters, and infographics.
• Set and maintain design standards for consistent visual identity across platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques, fostering innovation within the team.
• Act as liaison between the design team, clients, and internal stakeholders, communicating concepts and gathering feedback.
• Collaborate with web developers, content creators, and other cross‑functional teams to integrate design assets.
• Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Coordinate with external vendors to oversee production and ensure final output meets specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience working both independently and within teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital design, preferably in a leadership or managerial role within a marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design projects, with emphasis on aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience using Figma for UI/UX and collaborative design work.
