Senior Manager, Transformations & Enablement

About the role

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division is seeking a Senior Manager, Transformations & Enablement to lead large‑scale change initiatives across its future‑state organization in Bogotá. This role connects strategic priorities with execution, ensuring teams are prepared, engaged, and equipped to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute enterprise‑wide transformation programs aligned with corporate strategy.
• Drive enablement activities including change management, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with Strategy & Portfolio leadership to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps.
• Develop structured change strategies to assess impact, mitigate risk, and accelerate readiness.
• Oversee enterprise communications, delivering clear, audience‑specific messaging.
• Design and deliver training programs to support adoption of new processes and systems.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners such as vendors and advisors.
• Support transformation activities related to acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex business changes.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in managing transformation or change initiatives.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
• Experience in a multinational healthcare or med‑tech environment is preferred.
