Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Advantagy is looking for a hands‑on Senior Marketing Manager to own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution. This hybrid role blends strategic planning with weekly delivery of content, campaigns, and events to generate a compounding pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the overall B2B SaaS marketing strategy across paid, organic/SEO, content, events, webinars and email.
• Build and prioritize the 2026 event calendar, including trade shows and industry conferences.
• Shape the client brand voice, design, and technology.
• Translate strategy into clear briefs for SEO/content, web development, paid media and other specialists.
• Write, edit and publish blog posts, newsletters, LinkedIn updates and larger authority pieces such as industry reports.
• Convert raw recordings, webinar clips and demo footage into finished video and social assets, managing YouTube channel content.
• Plan and run webinars or office‑hours sessions, handling topic selection, promotion, logistics and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with web, content and design teams in live sessions to launch site updates, technical SEO improvements and GEO updates.
• Coordinate lead handoff, demo follow‑up, review outreach and sales enablement with the sales team.
• Organise trade‑show presence, swag, sponsor events, post‑event reporting and follow‑up plans.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on B2B SaaS marketing experience with a proven record of writing, launching and optimizing campaigns.
• Strong storytelling ability to turn founder expertise into clear, credible marketing assets.
• High ownership, low ego and the ability to move quickly without constant supervision.
• Excellent organization, proactive communication and project‑management skills.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher) – written and verbal.
