Senior Membership Specialist

About the role

The Senior Membership Specialist will lead the strategy and execution of the AdiClub membership program in Colombia. This role focuses on driving member acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall program growth through data‑driven initiatives and seamless customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement end‑to‑end loyalty initiatives that increase member acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Manage the full member lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement campaigns, reactivation, and continuous optimization.
• Analyze member data to extract actionable insights, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, CRM, Retail, and E‑commerce teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality experiences across all touchpoints.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs such as membership growth, engagement rates, and revenue contribution.
• Benchmark against industry best practices, drive innovation, and adapt global AdiClub strategies to local market needs.
• Oversee relationships with external partners or vendors supporting loyalty platforms, campaigns, or analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing loyalty programs, customer engagement strategies, or membership‑based initiatives.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and influence decision‑making.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
