Senior NetSuite Systems Administrator (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior NetSuite Systems Administrator to lead the management, enhancement, and scaling of our ERP ecosystem. This remote position supports business operations across Latin America, improving system functionality, automating workflows, and delivering solutions that boost team efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite platform.
• Configure and maintain workflows, SuiteScripts, custom records, and system enhancements.
• Partner with business teams to identify automation and operational improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches that support performance monitoring.
• Investigate and resolve advanced system issues while guiding internal users.
• Support integrations between NetSuite and other business applications.
• Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in ERP‑related projects, upgrades, and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and enhancements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience administering NetSuite in a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite customization tools.
• Experience supporting accounting, finance, or ERP‑related business processes.
• Understanding of revenue recognition concepts and financial reporting requirements.
• Ability to manage priorities independently while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
