Senior Operations Manager

About the role

The Senior Operations Manager will lead airport operations initiatives across Latin America, translating strategy into measurable results. Working closely with regional teams and cross‑functional partners, you will drive process optimisation, data‑based insights and product collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business needs, prioritise projects and define pathways to achieve strategic objectives for airport operations in LatAm.
• Own key metrics and OKRs, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with regional targets.
• Analyse operational and financial data to produce actionable insights and strategic plans.
• Design, implement and scale core processes, continuously reviewing performance across markets.
• Partner with Product teams to propose, prioritise and measure impact of new features that improve the airport experience.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives, building strong relationships with Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, Policy and Legal teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in operations, logistics or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese or Spanish.
• Proven teamwork and stakeholder‑management abilities, thriving in diverse, multicultural environments.
