Senior Production Designer

About the role

As a Senior Production Designer you will lead the creation of innovative digital ads and assets for a major packaged goods client, balancing speed, style and scale across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead style proposals, concept mockups and prototypes for products, features and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure designs meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Maintain pixel‑perfect execution and quality across static, motion and interactive assets.
• Mentor junior designers and manage multiple projects to meet fast‑paced deadlines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of design experience in a digital or fast‑paced advertising environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design and advertising materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience creating print‑ready POS files using InDesign/Illustrator.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and best practices.
• Bonus: After Effects, UX/UI design principles, basic HTML/CSS.
