Senior Project Manager – Consumer Lending

About the role

Félix is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the execution and delivery of high‑stakes initiatives within its consumer lending business. Embedded in the Credit Products team and reporting to the Head of Consumer Lending, you will ensure operational discipline and protect leadership time as the company prepares for a nationwide expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of key integrations with partners and vendors, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
• Lead project tracking and delivery for credit‑bureau related initiatives.
• Coordinate complex timelines across Engineering, Business Development, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and external vendors.
• Monitor metrics, close loops, and proactively escalate bottlenecks to keep strategic initiatives on schedule.
• Support ad‑hoc strategic projects such as cross‑functional product development, market analyses, and new‑product discovery.

Required profile

• Highly structured, execution‑first operator with a strong bias for action.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑impact projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in consumer lending or fintech environments is preferred.
