Senior Project Manager – Enterprise PMO

About the role

Aprio Colombia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise‑wide initiatives within its ePMO. The role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering complex projects that align with business objectives while leveraging data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise‑wide projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Apply agile and scrum frameworks, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and keep projects on budget.
• Maintain detailed project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Drive communication across teams, ensuring transparency throughout all agile ceremonies.
• Champion best practices for agile delivery and continuously seek workflow optimizations.
• Extract and analyze data from enterprise databases to produce reports that support decision‑making.
• Utilize Power BI to visualize trends, measure performance, and guide strategic direction.
