Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology projects for our clients. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure projects meet business objectives, timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver multiple technology projects simultaneously.
• Define scope, goals, timelines and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, resources and financial performance.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Coordinate engineering, product, design and QA teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and clients.
• Support pre‑sales activities such as proposals, estimations and solution design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• 5‑8 years of project management experience in technology or consulting.
• Proven track record delivering complex, client‑facing projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and/or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• PMP, Scrum Master or similar certification is a plus.
