Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at RWS Transform, you will lead complex localization projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring high‑quality outcomes while balancing timelines, budgets and client expectations. You will work closely with clients and cross‑functional teams, driving continuous improvement and maintaining full ownership of project financials.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor projects using best‑practice methodologies, controlling budgets, invoicing and vendor payments.
• Lead a team of Localization Leads and Engineers, coordinating work across internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams through conference calls, meetings and written updates.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans and manage escalations, including root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimise processes and profitability.

Required profile

• University degree in IT, business or a related field.
• 5+ years of project‑management experience leading internal teams and interfacing with enterprise customers.
• Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent attention to detail and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Project Management Institute (PMI) methodology knowledge (certification a plus).
• Lean Six Sigma principles (certification a plus).
